Due to the inherent urgency of project rescue missions, the first step for Trillium's project leaders is to quickly assess risks and issues related to finances, resources, scope, and schedule, quickly bringing to the fore any gaps or key dependencies. Once this triage type of assessment has concluded, our team simultaneously initiates the “discovery” and “planning” phases. The overlapping of these two initial project management stages is a practiced aspect of our approach to project rescue and one that yields quality results.

The team then moves forward into 'team engagement' as a part of the “deliver” stage.  In this phase, the question to be asked and answered by the entire team becomes one of structured accountability, and how each contributor will work to deliver the at-risk product to market.  This dynamic is more aggressive for the delivery team, keeping the client well informed as the team progresses.
