Trillium's Project Rescue solution generates superb results regardless of industry, and has been successfully implemented for clients in industries as different as telecommunications and financial services. Whether you are in a challenging position as a result of financial impacts due to governmental restrictions, economic changes, sub-standard team operations, or legal conflicts with your partners, Trillium can help you manage risks and dependencies and move you back on track.
The framework Trillium uses is founded in our Streamlined Project Management approach. The key stages in our approach include Discovery, Plan, Deliver, and Close. Because Trillium creates custom solutions for clients, the application of these key stages may be slightly different depending upon the unique complexities and challenges of your firm.
Due to the inherent urgency of project rescue missions, the first step for Trillium's project leaders is to quickly assess risks and issues related to finances, resources, scope, and schedule, quickly bringing to the fore any gaps or key dependencies. Once this triage type of assessment has concluded, our team simultaneously initiates the “discovery” and “planning” phases. The overlapping of these two initial project management stages is a practiced aspect of our approach to project rescue and one that yields quality results.
The team then moves forward into 'team engagement' as a part of the “deliver” stage. In this phase, the question to be asked and answered by the entire team becomes one of structured accountability, and how each contributor will work to deliver the at-risk product to market. This dynamic is more aggressive for the delivery team, keeping the client well informed as the team progresses.
Coming out of a Trillium Project Rescue initiative: a high functioning team and results achieved. The client remains engaged and aware of all risks and issues, fully understanding their context to enable well-informed decision in the future.
