Trillium views change management as an integral element to any major strategic initiative or organization redesign.

The foundations of organization change management in behavioral science and as a business process are well established.  Much of current change management thought leadership originated with change management guru, John Kotter. A professor at Harvard Business School and world-renowned change expert, Kotter introduced his eight-step change process in his 1995 book, "Leading Change."

Trillium views change management as an integral element to any major strategic initiative or organization redesign.  The speed and success of bold strategic initiatives are directly linked to the organizations', and more specifically the organizations' people, ability to understand and embrace the initiative.  Executive leadership of change management is critical, but change management must be part of the organization at all levels.

As part of the development of each strategic intiative Trillium includes change management benchmarks as ancillary elements to achieving each major step of the initiative with equal weight.  This integrated approach works to sustain invovlement and communication in a way that might otherwise fail if conducted on it's own.  If you would like to learn more about Trillium's approach to change management as part of our Strategy & Transformation services, please contact us.
