Mauro is responsible for the Quality Management practice for Trillium.  He works extensively with our clients to bring the benefits of our quality management knowledge to the complex challenges our clients’ face.

Mauro has over fifteen of experience in successful product delivery management and leading successful Quality Assurance initiatives.  His expertise includes overall project quality assurance, project management, risk and issue management and program communications including performing enterprise wide software certification and quality business analysis.  Mauro has not only delivered quality for newly developed solutions, but has also led full quality practices and organizations across multiple clients. 

More recently Mauro has worked with clients to implement more a structured and rigorous quality assurance and certification practices across both the IT and business organizations; leverage existing quality tools in more efficient and productive manner; and standardized test status and metrics reporting across the organization.

Prior to joining Trillium, Mauro was a Manager with Accenture, where he was responsible for the overall quality assurance of software solutions for clients such as Sainsbury’s, McDonalds and US Freightways.  Mauro has deep industry experience with a number of Fortune 500 companies in telecommunications, consumer products, insurance, and high tech and a diverse background in all areas of software delivery with successful hands on and leadership experience.

Mauro gives back to the community by working with the Misericordia, a community of care for persons with mild to profound developmental disabilities, many of whom are also physically challenged.

Mauro received his B.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago.
