Donna Lenczycki is responsible for the Technology Selection practice and center of excellence for Trillium. She directs the consulting teams who focus on the art and science of decisions for technology selection and technology partners.
Donna brings deep experience in program management, strategic planning, HRIS, systems integration, and supplier/vendor management to Trillium. Since joining Trillium, Donna has led several system and technology selection projects in the healthcare arena that enabled the client to access, update, and sell industry-related data via new e-commerce platforms.
Before joining Trillium, Donna served as CIO of DuPage County, Illinois. She was responsible for application areas as diverse as Courts, Law Enforcement, Property Assessment, Tax Billing/Collection, Public Safety, Emergency Management/Homeland Security, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and the County’s general business functions. Over her tenure at DuPage, Donna participated in numerous technology selection projects.
Donna is an active member in the Society for Information Management (SIM) Chicago Chapter and the Chicago Senior Women in Technology (SWIT).
Donna received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
