Trillium Solutions Group was among sponsors supporting the University of Illinois at Chicago's (UIC) Concept2Venture (C2V) competition held Tuesday December 13, 2011 at Student Center East. The competition was open to undergraduate and graduate student teams from any of UIC's 15 colleges, including teams made up of students from multiple colleges. The event gives students an opportunity to compete for awards exceeding $15,000 cash for their business ideas, plus in-kind services. A distinguished panel of experts including entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors, and service providers judge the entries and provide valuable feedback.
Trillium has been working with UIC for almost a decade on this competition and is proud to join other sponsors such as the Pritzker Family Foundation, Caterpillar and Microsoft in supporting this exciting opportunity for students at UIC. The competition is hosted by UIC's College of Business Administration and the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies.
