Trillium Solutions Group White Paper on Project Leadership Wins Gold Marcom Award

Trillium Solutions Group’s White paper on Project Leadership Won the 2008 Gold Marcom Award.

MarCom Awards is an international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.

“We are very honored to receive an award for material that we are so passionate about.”, said Steve Adelstein, President of Trillium.   Trillium believes that poor leadership and lack of project management best practices are among the leading causes of project failure. This whitepaper clearly shows the benefit of having experienced resources leading critical initiatives.    Many organizations remain cautious in expanding their budgets to engage experienced and more expensive project leadership resources. In reality, deciding who should be added to the team for a new product launch or business process improvement project should be based more on proven experience rather than cost.

Project Leadership Investing in Experience provides measurable data that supports the need for strong project leadership.
