William Fraser

Bill is responsible for the overall management of Trillium’s consulting practice areas and leads the practice areas for the C-level Advisory Services and the Strategy & Transformation consulting.

He has extensive experience with IT leadership, strategy, organizational design, governance, portfolio & program management, product development and a wide range of technologies. Bill has provided consulting services for Fortune 50 companies with sales and care systems, supplier and sourcing strategy, and a multi-billion dollar product launch via an internet sales channel. Bill has also provided targeted CIO coaching for Trillium’s CIO clients.

Prior to joining Trillium, Bill was the VP & CIO of Harza Engineering (now MWH Global) where he was responsible for driving technology strategy, development and operations for the five-continent global operations of the firm.

Bill is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago, National Eagle Scout Association (NESA), Vigil Honor Order of the Arrow and numerous professional business organizations.  He supports causes such as the Union League’s four Chicago-area Boys & Girls Clubs, Animal Rescue, and veterans’ organizations.  Bill is also a U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal.

Bill received both a B.A. in International Finance and Marketing and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida.
