Jennifer is responsible for the Project & Portfolio Management practice and center of excellence for Trillium. In that role she works extensively with our clients to bring the benefits of our project management knowledge to the complex challenges our client’s face.
She is a proven technology leader with over fifteen years of experience in successful product delivery management. Jennifer has deep expertise in project and program management, risk and issue management and communications. In addition to applying project management expertise within a single organization, she has successfully developed and fostered partner relationships within a project management framework across Fortune 500 and internet companies to achieve common business goals, and to ensure successful product delivery where millions of dollars and brand images were at stake.
Most recently, Jennifer took on product delivery responsibility to transform an intranet portal for a Fortune 500 company into an enterprise wide communications and collaboration solution, including CMS, social media, blogging, and other capabilities.
Prior to joining Trillium, Jennifer was a Senior Manager with Accenture, where she delivered software solutions for clients such as the City of Chicago, Level 3, Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T.
Jennifer gives back to the community as the President of her children’s school board and leading the development initiative for their school.
Jennifer received her B.A. in Management of Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is pursuing her MBA in Global Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
