Celebrating 17 Years! Trillium Anniversary

Over the last 17 years, Trillium has built a culture on the importance of putting our clients and consultants first. We have continued to focus on the power of relationships. Our success is rooted in the belief that the keys to the success of a professional services organization are:

  • Building long-standing trusted relationships with clients
  • Delivering quality in everything we do
  • Providing growth opportunities for everyone

Trillium's 5-C's services delivery model was created soon after our founding and continues to shape our client engagement. The 5-C's are:

  • Clarify. We clarify the business objectives leading to better decision-making.
  • Committed. An executive sponsor with sustained ownership allows for faster issue resolution.
  • Coaching. Coaching the team members to create highly motivated efforts and lasting improvements.
  • Collaborate. Collaboration with the stakeholders creates robust buy-in and customer satisfaction.
  • Cycle. Cycling through manageable steps builds momentum and engagement.

We are sincerely grateful to our consultants and clients for your belief in us and the work that we do. In the coming year, we look forward to further strengthening our relationship with each of you.

Wishing you a safe and healthy holiday season and a Happy New Year!

Sweet Sixteen!

Sweet Sixteen!

Trillium celebrated our sixteenth anniversary on December 19, 2018. We have many people to thank for helping us get here!

From humble beginnings as a start-up, we began by providing project management services to our clients. We quickly branched out to offer a full range of technology consulting services to allow us to work with our clients on their journey from idea-to-reality. For a bit of historical perspective, our sixteen years of service has included the implementation of 420 systems and over 460,000 hours of work on our client's behalf.

Trillium's longevity has and will always be a team effort which brings together some of the most talented people in tech to provide services to our clients. We instill in our people the importance of doing what’s right for the client - a mantra that starts with the care we take to listen to our clients. I want to thank our consultants and our corporate team for all of your contributions.

As an organization, it is also vital for us to give back to others, and we continue to donate both our time and money to charities that directly affect people within our communities. Each year we recommit ourselves to giving back.

We have come a long way, and much has changed in the world of business and technology, but we have never wavered from our mission of providing outstanding consulting services and a genuine commitment to our clients.  We are honored to say that we continue to work with Trillium’s very first client. We have been privileged to work with some of the finest organizations in the country. I want to thank our clients for believing in us and the work that we do.

We look forward to the difference we can make for our clients in the years ahead!

Happy New Year!
