Michael is responsible for the Business Process & Analysis practice. He works with clients on a wide range of business process & analysis engagements, including data modeling, process improvement and requirements engineering for strategy, decisions and projects. Michael has also worked extensively with disaster recovery planning and architecture. He has more than thirty years of experience successfully leading initiatives requiring technical innovation and a keen understanding of current business trends.
Michael gives back to the community as a member of the international award winning New Tradition Chorus. He has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2003 and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Michael received his B.S. in Mathematics from Rockford College and his M.B.A. in Operations from DePaul University.
